AES Mechanical uses AutoCad MEP,  QuickPens’ 3D PipeDesigner, and QuickPens’ 3D Duct Designer to create 3-dimensional drawings to ensure that all pipe, plumbing, and ductwork is coordinated to fit in designated areas and to create 3-dimensional drawings that are used for fabrication and installation.   

AES Mechanical utilizes a 30,000 square foot state of the art fabrication facility to produce prefabricated pipe for our projects.  At this facility we transfer information obtained from our 3-dimensional computerized drawings to the finished product.  We use automated pipe cutting and welding equipment to ensure accuracy and on time production.  All welding is performed by certified AWS welders and each weld is stamped with the welders’ initials to ensure quality control.  We maintain a database of all welding certifications for you review. 

AES Mechanical prefabricates plumbing systems from 3-dimensional fabrication drawings and 3-dimensional spool drawings to ensure accuracy and ease of installation.  We utilize licensed plumbers to oversee prefabrication.  Our plumbing pre-fabrication allows projects to be completed on time and under budget.

AES Mechanical utilizes 3-dimensional computerized drawing programs to lay out sheet metal duct prior to fabrication.  This process allows us to foresee obstructions prior to installation in the field, which in turn allows us to make necessary alterations prior to fabrication and installation. The 3-dimensional drawings also serve as installation drawings that have each duct section labeled and tagged for accuracy and identification. This process saves time and money in the field. 

At AES Mechanical we specialize in the retrofit and shutdown projects.  Over the past 3 years we have replaced over 1700 Roof Top Air conditioning units along with multiple Chillers, Cooling towers, Pumps, etc.  Our personnel specialize in working in environments that are currently occupied.  We understand the customers needs and time frame in which they need their facilities back in operation.  By utilizing our prefabrication department we are able to make shut-down times as minimal as possible.  We utilize as much technology as possible to assist with our work
